“A Book About Stuff” is a mix of stories, reflections, and lessons from life — moments of laughter, growth, and the wisdom that comes from simply living. It shares my personal experiences and the lessons learned through life’s ups and downs as a single mother raising children who are now finding their own way in the world.
I never ever want you to feel like you can’t take up space, I never want you to feel like you are taking up too much space, or any space at all, TAKE UP ALL THE SPACE ! I never want you to shrink yourself because other people think you are too much, be too much because anyone who feels like this about you AREN’T YOUR PEOPLE ! I never want you to dim your light because people are offended at how brightly you shine, SHINE SO BRIGHT YOU HURT THEIR EYES ! I never want you to feel like you are not enough I never want people to make you feel like you are not enough, YOU ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH ! You are more than fucking enough, if anyone makes you feel like you aren’t enough, well middle finger to them, they don’t deserve you. No seriously THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOU ! They don’t deserve your love, kindness or support. If you feel like you don’t belong at the table, or you don’t get invite to the table BUILD YOUR OWN TABLE !
I think you have enough evidence by now to know that no matter what happens, you will bounce back !
